[Luceti is just a village, surrounded by a forest full with animals, so it may not be a surprise for some to see a small wolf pup, little over a year old, wandering around the village. Or maybe it can be a surprise since the animal is all alone. At any rate, Hyoga, will be sniffing at everything and everyone, using all his tracking talents to find a certain person, though if he meets with anyone whose scent he knows the animal may give it a try to drag them with him to Ikki's apartment. The wolf pup is rather insistent and seems to have a huge sense of urgency, as if he's terribly worried...

Eventually, though, the animal will find House 15, where his target now resides. Hopefully none of the people living there will mind the howling and barking wolf pup at their door until the door gets open for him or Selphie appears, somehow. Again there's a certain sense of urgency and insistence in the animal, this may not be a game for him after all.]

[Late afternoon - night]

[Later in the afternoon, after a talk with Selphie, Ikki will be hitting the Good Spirits bar. Apparently trying to check how much alcohol he needs to drink before he gets intoxicated, he will be there until someone drags him away or he's kicked out of the bar. Fortunately despite his intents he's a slow drinker so his life isn't in danger.

That doesn't mean he may end at the wrong place because he's too drunk to remember where his apartment is.]

((OOC: Feel free to meet Hyoga and be dragged to Ikki's apartment, specially if you've CR with him already, but even if not the animal would probably end guiding them there if anyone asks what's wrong. Selphie's thread will be the last one chronologically for that part. For the next part, your character can meet Ikki as he makes his way to the bar, when he's on it or when he's trying to return home, be warned that his grade of coherency may not be high in the last situation.))

Hmm.. Why would you have plushies if you don't like them, Ikki-kun? Then you could just give them to someone who does want them, right?

I won them in games during the time we had an amusement park here. You could say they are mementos... Though I have several ones twice or more.

[ there's a few more moments where she stares at the plushies, and then she turns to Ikki almost decidedly. ]

I want to win some plushies too.. And give them to everyone as well. So everyone can have a memento of the time as friends here.

[... He pushes her aside gently for a second, and goes to pick several plushies before returning to her side, shoving them into her arms.]

Here, mementos of your time with me. Good enough?

[ She looks.. surprised. Not just by him suddenly moving, but also just shoving several plushies into her hands like that.. For a few moments she's completely quiet, just staring at them in awe, before staring at him in awe, as if she can't believe it. ]

They're.. for me? A special gift for me from Ikki-kun?

[He kneels there again, looking at the poor girl, with arms full with plushies... Probably over a dozen of them. And he still has repeated ones on the shelves, but whatever, he's not going to bury her with those.

... It's a bit funny to see her reaction though, looking at them and him in such awe. It's not something that special, is it?]

That's what I said. You don't want them?

No. I'd really, really like to have them, as long as it's okay with Ikki-kun. I like them a whole lot, and they're all very cute and special..

[ Watch as she tries to hug them, even though her arms are stuffed full of them so she practically can't even hug them more than she's already holding them to start with. ]

[Well, he has to admit that that's kind of cute to see. Even if it's also a bit silly as her arms are already so full with them and they barely even fit.]

I wouldn't have given them to you in the first place if it wasn't okay with me that you had them.

Then I'll make sure to keep them.. I'll give them all a very special place in my room. [ yes, she's seriously that happy with them, okay? if not just because they're a gift from him to her. ]

They can all sit on my bed with me.. That way they won't have to get lonely.

Will they sleep with you too?

I think they will, if they're all in my bed.. [ she tilts her head curiously as that makes her think about something. ] Does that mean I have to read them a bedtime story too..?

Sounds right. Some of them may not be able to fall asleep otherwise.

[She's joking, right?]

[ Nope, she's utterly serious. This is the girl that treats books as if they're best friends, is it really that surprising.. ]

I would feel bad if they wouldn't be able to sleep if I was sleeping.. so I'll make sure to read interesting stories to them each night. ... But not too scary, or they won't be able to sleep at all.

Don't worry, they are all very brave. They have seen worse things than any scary story you could read them, they won't have nightmares.

[Just playing along, maybe making fun of her, but he really thinks she's just joking.]

... Really? [ Her eyes go a little wide, and she attempts to hug the plushies which her arms are already full of to begin with closer again.. ]

I wonder what kind of scary things they must have seen.. poor things..

[Hug them all you want, kid, but with your arms so full it's a difficult task.]

Yes, but they are strong, so don't worry about it. It's not as if you'll see it too just for having them.

But I don't want them to have seen something that horrible.. It must have hurt them.

[Do it in turns? They won't mind having to wait a bit.]

You can't change that though. I told you they are strong, it doesn't hurt anymore. And you can make up for them by giving them nice things to see or whatever.

If Ikki-kun says it doesn't hurt anymore, then.. it's probably okay. I'll make sure to be really, really nice to them to make up for it.
